Overcome Habits & AddictionsWhat is a habit and what is an addiction? In fact there is no hard distinction; habits and addictions are simply repetitive behaviour performed almost automatically to satisfy a need, over which the person has little or no control. Jill uses a powerful combination of TFT and Hypnotherapy to rid her clients of their habits. TFT removes any craving within a matter of minutes and with the use of hypnotherapy delivers a strong aversion message, substitutes bad habits for good ones and paints a motivational picture of life without that habit. Clients are then given the tools to maintain calm at times of stress, therefore negating the need to perform their old habits. Common cravings are: “Jill has given me the skills I need to manage any cravings I felt, although in the past four months I never missed the habit I once had. Other people are amazed how I managed to quit a habit that I had had for 8 years.Alternative therapies should be mainstreamed!' -------------- ”Thank you for helping me give up smoking, I've finally given up for good! Without your help, I probably wouldn't have had the willpower to go through with it, so thanks.” ------------------- I had been smoking for 34 years and smoked a pack a day, and decided that I had had enough. …………..I went to see Jill and was told to arrive needing a cigarette. Within a few minutes of treatment, she managed to get rid of my craving for that cigarette completely. ………….I eventually left 2hrs later, not wanting to smoke, and not even liking the smell of smoke. Since then, I can honestly say that the thought of smoking never enters my mind. I feel so much stronger, have more energy, and can’t thank Jill enough."
