Common symptoms include: | Feeling rushed and overwhelmed | | Loss of sense of humour | | Worry, panic and tension | | Tiredness and fatigue | | Irritability, impatience and anger | | Muscle tension and aches | | Mood swings, sadness and feeling upset | | Insomnia | | Memory lapses and lack of concentration | | Increased use of alcoho |
Panic Attacks A panic attack is an intense reaction caused by anxiety. The difference between panic attacks and anxiety is that the panic attack is specific, whereas anxiety is more or less a constant state. Panic attacks are both more intense and less long-lasting than anxiety. Using a combination of powerful techniques, Jill can help you handle and combat a panic attack. Exam Nerves Exam nerves can be a nightmare. A driving test can be failed because anxiety is so great that mistakes are made. Distressingly these mistakes are only made at the time it really matters and would never have been made during a driving lesson. Careers can be ruined if the grades are not good enough to get into the right University, or promotion missed if ongoing examinations are failed. The knowledge and ability are there, but the anxiety is so strong that the mind empties, panic sets in and stupid mistakes are made. Jill can remove that anxiety so that the examinee is cool, calm and collected on the day of the exam. How will Jill help me?
Jill firmly believes in a holistic approach, and will discuss client needs on an individual basis to decide upon the most appropriate treatment to pursue. Sometimes a combination of approaches is the most effective - Thought Field Therapy overcomes fears, NLP creates excellence, hypnotherapy provides mental, physical and emotional relaxation, and Reiki promotes a sense of peace and well-being. Many articles have been published about Jill's treatments.
