WHAT IS IT?
A treatment that helps you to overcome phobias by teaching you to use your fingers to gently tap meridian points (which correspond to lines of energy in your body) while visualising the thing that you're afraid of. This works on a subconscious level to induce calm.
DOES IT WORK?
'I have a deep fear of flying,' says our tester. 'Jill, the therapist, showed me how to tap certain points on my body if I felt anxious, but I didn't think it would make a difference. I was so wrong! Normally, I take a tranquilliser when I fly, but this time I was able to control my panic and felt quite calm getting into the plane and during take-off.'

Sometimes a combination of approaches is the most effective - Thought Field Therapy overcomes fears, NLP creates excellence, and Reiki promotes a sense of peace and well-being.
Consultations are personal and confidential, and are conducted face to face in Oxshott, Surrey or over the telephone. Consultants can also be held at the client’s premises, if necessary.
Initial consultations will be for 2 hours. Many people will require only one or two sessions.
