Jill Schmitt is a qualified Reiki practitioner. She discovered and practised Reiki in Hong Kong and qualified as a Reiki Master in New York.

Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Key) is one of the more widely known forms of energy healing and was re-discovered by Dr Mikao Usui at the beginning of last century. Reiki means Universal life force energy and promotes and accelerates the bodies own healing abilities. It is a holistic treatment, healing at all levels: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Treatment is given, with the patient fully clothed, by placing hands on the patient’s body and allowing energy will flow through the hands, bringing healing to wherever it is needed.

Reiki energy produces feelings of profound peace and relaxation, not only relieving conditions such as stress, depression, anxiety and insomnia but many more. Reiki helps reduce or eliminate pain and accelerates the healing of cuts, sprains, broken bones and sports injuries. Many chronic complaints and serious illnesses have been alleviated, sometimes dramatically.

Reiki energy raises our natural vibratory level of our natural energy field in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings have attached themselves. Thus causing the negative energy to break down and fall away. In doing so, Reiki clears, strengthens and heals the natural energy pathways.

How will Jill help me?

Jill firmly believes in a holistic approach, and will discuss client needs on an individual basis to decide upon the most appropriate treatment to pursue. Sometimes a combination of approaches is the most effective - Thought Field Therapy overcomes fears, NLP creates excellence, and Reiki promotes a sense of peace and well-being.

Consultations are personal and confidential, and are conducted face to face in Oxshott, Surrey or over the telephone. Consultants can also be held at the client’s premises, if necessary.

Initial consultations will be for 2 hours. Many people will require only one or two sessions.
